Refunds + Exchanges
If you receive pottery that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date with photos of damaged items. We can then work out a refund/exchange. After 24 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods will not be taken into consideration.
If you receive your pottery and are not 100% happy with your pieces, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will send you instructions on how to ship the items back to us along with a return label. We will then issue you a full refund once we receive the pieces in “like new” condition. We are unable to process any refunds or exchanges after 30 days of receiving or purchasing a piece.
